The University of Cantabria (UC) is one of the three universities that has been in the Top 10 list of the main Spanish rankings both in education as well as in research quality. Ljudska univerza Škofja Loka-LUSKL (Public Institution for Adult Education Škofja Loka) is a public institution, founded by the municipality in Slovenia. It has 63-years of experience in the field of adult education. Regional Development Fund). It is one of the oldest education and training providers for adults in Slovenia with long tradition and experience in development, organization and implementation of professional and technical seminars, training courses, workshops, short- and long-term courses and other events for the needs of citizens. LUSKL helps adults from different social background to get education, working habits and proper counselling to be able to fit in the society. We provide quality and lifelong learning by connecting clients, us and local shareholders. Annually LUSKL provides about 140 educational programs, 15.000 lessons with approximately 2000 participants in shorter or longer programs. There are 8 members of staff and more than 100 freelancers working with us. LUSKL is very important organisation in Gorenjska region in Slovenia, because it brings knowledge also to the rural areas and the neighboring municipalities (Gorenja vas – Poljane, Železniki and Žiri) in order to be able to meet all the training needs.

COFAC is a non-profit cooperative, responsible for the management of Lusófona University, recognised by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Higher Education in 1998, and is the largest private university in Portugal, integrating 10 HEI in Portugal, Brazil, Cape Verde, Mozambique and Guinea Bissau. The MaltaNOW association was established in Malta to carry out promotion and social utility activities, as well as international cooperation activities between young people from different European countries, using formal and non-formal education. MaltaNOW firmly believes that international mobility is beneficial not only for individuals, but has a positive and significant impact on society by reducing racism, prejudice and violence, with counterparts who are more competent and motivated to develop in a healthy environment and progressive. MaltaNOW also develops in order to create the tradition of discovering, cultivating and preserving community values among European citizens, an important challenge above all for the radical change that society is experiencing.
